Shipping
Alexan Designs offers free shipping and insurance for every purchase over $300. For your protection, all shipments are insured up to $100. You may contact us by email or phone at 931-474-0107 if you would like an order to be covered to its fullest value for an additional charge. You will need to sign for your package.

Gift Wrapping
We offer free gift wrapping! If you would like your jewelry gift wrapped, please drop us a note in the Special Request Box in the shopping cart. For security reasons, we cannot ship to an address other than that associated with the buyer's credit card account.

Cancellations
 If your order has not been shipped at the time of cancellation, we can work with you to cancel your order. Please email us to discuss your situation. Once your cancellation is approved, you will be issued a merchandise credit, which will include an expiration date, for the purchase price of your piece(s), less shipping cost. We’re sorry but we cannot offer cash refunds.

Warranty
Alexan Designs uphold the highest standard of quality for each of our products. Our jewelry is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship from date of purchase. We will be happy to repair or replace (with the same or similar items) your defective jewelry provided the materials are still available to us. Simply contact us to arrange shipment. Normal wear is not included under warranty. This warranty is void if the article of jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Repair
In the event your Alexan Designs jewelry becomes broken or needs to be re-strung we are happy to repair it for a reasonable fee. Please contact us for a repair estimate.

Returns
Alexan Designs jewelry can be returned within 10 days for credit only. Nocash refund. All returns must be accompanied by an original receipt. Please contact us immediately by phone or email; if you would like to make a return.

Alterations
We are happy to make sizing alterations to your Alexan Designs jewelry. Sizing will be performed for the cost of any new materials that may be needed in the resizing process. For alterations to the basic design or structure or the piece, a reasonable labor fee will be charged. Please contact us for more information.
